CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 8 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee. To avoid a fee, you may reschedule your appointment for the same day (if availability permits) or the next available opening. I understand that life happens!
